Wennoوینو
Tech project outsourcing
A platform for outsourcing technology and digital projects, with specialists whose profile and portfolio a person on the Wenno team has reviewed.
A verified specialist, and the reasons for the match.
Freelance markets usually show a vague star score. Wenno states two things plainly: what was actually checked about this specialist, and why they were suggested for this project. A trust badge lights up only after a team member has seen the evidence. Suggestions come with their reasons, which are skill overlap and availability, and nothing starts until both sides have confirmed the same agreement summary.
- For
- Employers with a technology project, and specialists looking for one
- Verification
- Human review of profile and portfolio. Nothing is verified automatically
- Project path
- Open, matched, in progress, delivered, completed
- Language
- Persian and English
How it works
- Step 1
The specialist builds a profile
Uploading a résumé PDF fills the profile in, and it is submitted for review.
- Step 2
The Wenno team reviews it
A person compares the profile with the résumé and opens the portfolio. Public listing starts only after acceptance.
- Step 3
The employer posts a project
Wenno ranks suitable specialists and writes the reason beside each suggestion.
- Step 4
Both sides confirm
Rate, timeline and scope go into one summary that both sides confirm. Then the work starts.
What is inside
Trust badges
Profile reviewed, portfolio reviewed, and accepted into Wenno. Each badge explains how it was verified.
Suggestions with reasons
Each suggestion is labelled strong, good or partial and states why. Up to three specialists can be compared side by side.
Agreement summary
Project, rate, timeline and scope. Nothing is final until both sides have confirmed.
Project path
From open to completed. The employer approves the delivery or requests changes.
Messaging
A live conversation for each request and each active project, inside Wenno.
Report a problem
Either side can report a problem. The Wenno team handles it in its own queue.
How it is built
What it runs on
A trust badge comes from data
Each badge is derived from a stored review record, never from how complete the profile is.
The résumé is read, not retyped
The résumé file is parsed to fill the profile fields. The specialist only reviews the result.
Two languages, two directions
Right-to-left Persian and left-to-right English from one codebase, each language at its own address.
What it does not do
These are the product's own statements, not ours.
- The agreement summary is not a legal document. It is a summary so that both sides know what they agreed to before starting.
- Skills are self-declared and are not shown as a verified badge.
- A membership date is only a date. It is not counted as a score or a rank.
