TalfiQتلفیق
Accounting & ERP
Accounting and business management software: sales, inventory, payroll and the books on one ledger.
Enter a number once. Every part of the business reads the same one.
In TalfiQ, sales, inventory and accounting are not three programs reconciled at month end. They share one ledger. Approving an invoice posts its journal entry, takes the goods out of stock, opens the receivable and lands in the income statement, with no re-entry and no spreadsheet in between.

How it works
- Step 1
Start with the modules you need
Accounting and treasury is the base. Add sales, inventory, procurement, HR and workflow when you need them.
- Step 2
Record and approve the operational document
A sales invoice, a goods receipt, a payslip. Each is recorded with the user and the time.
- Step 3
The ledger updates itself
The journal entry, stock levels, receivables and financial statements all follow from that one approval.
- Step 4
Close the period
The journal, the general ledger and the trial balance are already there. A checklist closes the fiscal period, and it can be reopened if needed.
What is inside
Accounting & treasury
Journal, general ledger and trial balance; balance sheet, income statement and cash flow; bank, cash box, petty cash and cheques; bank reconciliation and period close.
Sales & customers
Quotes, sales orders, invoices and returns; leads, opportunities and each customer's history; sales commissions.
Inventory
Separate stock for each warehouse, each with its own costing method: first in first out, weighted average or standard cost.
Procurement
Purchase requisitions, price quotes, purchase orders and goods receipts. Stock rises when the receipt is recorded.
HR & payroll
Employee files, attendance and leave; payslips with deductions and loan instalments, and an automatic journal entry for each.
Workflow & approvals
Workflows with a trigger event and approval stages; each user's pending list and a history of every run.
How it is built
What it runs on
Every change leaves a trail
Recording, editing and approving any financial document is kept in the audit history with the user, the time and the value before and after.
One API contract, three clients
The backend publishes three OpenAPI documents, for the panel, the admin console and the public site, and each frontend generates its client from its own.
Even the illustrations are tested
A unit test proves that the sample figures on the site add up: the invoice total equals its lines plus tax, and the journal entry balances.
