Dadyarدادیار
Legal assistant
A Persian legal assistant that grounds every answer in the text of the statute, and hands the case to a licensed lawyer when it needs one.
Every answer stands on the article it cites.
General chatbots quote article numbers from memory, and sometimes invent them. Dadyar searches the text of Iranian law before it answers, builds the answer on what it found, and checks every citation against the article before showing it. A citation that is not in the statute is removed. When there is no legal basis, it says so.

How it works
- Step 1
Describe it
Write the question in your own words, photograph the court notice, or describe the deal you are about to make. No legal vocabulary needed.
- Step 2
Dadyar works it through
It reads the document, finds the governing articles in the corpus and runs the calculation if one is needed. Each step is shown as it happens.
- Step 3
Take the result
A plain answer with the next step, a complete contract, or a petition in the court's official format, as Word and PDF.
- Step 4
When it gets serious, a lawyer
A shortlist of licence-verified lawyers matched to the subject and the city, with the price shown up front. Payment stays in escrow until the session is over.
What is inside
Grounded chat
Every citation links to the article text. Unverified citations are stripped before display, and a plain no-basis reply replaces an invented answer.
Ask with a photo
Send a photo of a court notice, a declaration or a contract and ask about it there. Handwriting and scans are read too.
Contracts and petitions
From your description to a finished document in the official format, with citations to the governing articles and export to Word and PDF.
Calculators
Diyeh, indexed mahr, late-payment damages, court fees, deadlines, inheritance shares and lawyer fees, on official rates.
Statute library
Eighteen core codes, article by article, each with its validity status. Free, with no sign-up.
Matters
Each matter keeps its documents, conversations and deadlines together, and a new question is read in that context.
Strategy mode
The strengths and weaknesses of the case, the evidence that matters, and the objections the other side is likely to raise.
Lawyers, with escrow
Licence-verified lawyers and a price shown before payment. Cancel before the session and the full amount returns.
How it is built
What it runs on
Citation checking is a pipeline step, not a request to the model
A citation is compared with the article text in the corpus before it reaches the screen. What cannot be found does not reach the user.
Every retrieval or model change is measured first
A set of legal questions, each with the citations a correct answer must rest on. Recall, citation survival and cost are measured before and after any change.
One API contract, three generated clients
The backend is the source of truth. The user panel, the operator console and the public site generate their clients and models from the same OpenAPI contract. None is written by hand.
Legal questions stay out of the logs
Question text is kept out of logs, session replays and automatic event capture.
What it does not do
These are the product's own statements, not ours.
- It does not predict the outcome of a case: no certainty, no win claims, no percentages.
- It does not invent a figure without an official rate. If that year's circular is missing, the calculator stops and says so.
- An AI answer is legal information, not legal advice. Advice comes from a lawyer.
